Pre operative tests have to be done. the tests required are i)CBC ii) FBS iii) S. Creatinine/BUN iv) S. Bil/SGOT/SGPT v) BT/CT vi) HIV, HbsAg, HCV vii) X-ray Chest PA viii)ECG these tests can be done at any good diagnostic lab few days prior to procedure.

• Gym and heavy exercise to be avoided for 3 weeks post procedure
• No dietary restrictions
• Avoid smoking 1 week prior and till one week post procedure
• Avoid lifting heavy weights for 8 to 10 days after procedure
• Avoid driving bike/car for a week post procedure

Gynecomastia is derived from the Greek terms gynec (feminine) and mastos (breast). The literal translation, male breasts, relates to any condition that results in excessive development of breast tissue in males

Gynecomastia is triggered by a decrease in the amount of the hormone testosterone compared with estrogen. The cause of this decrease can be conditions that block the effects of or reduce testosterone or a condition that increases your estrogen level.
